This week was a low scoring week for me, and considering I had Jesus it was a lot better than it could have been. I also had Nunez. So I’m seriously considering the WC. Looking at the overall ownership I think Jesus could be 80% within weeks. TAA is still the fourth most owned player and he has 4 points, interesting.

Goalkeepers
5 keepers had amassed double figures over two game weeks. Now my concern is the top two had penalty saves which means they got fantastic weekly scores and they also had clean sheet in the same game week, mind you I have Pickford so a clean sheet would be good.

Defenders
A lot more players are into double digits after two weeks. Newcastle and Man City with a sprinkling of Chelsea players make up this list. Newcastle and City are going head to head this game week so I suspect one of them will lose the clean sheet battle. Zinchenko is up there but that’s after a 12 and a 1 pointer.

Liverpool defenders are the big omission from this list, two games no clean sheets, not good enough for big assets, but with TAA facing United this game week I would expect some attacking returns.
Midfielders
I normally go big here so what is this position looking like. A good mix of players from teams but still a few having one really good game and one mediocre, but there are a few stand out players.
Martinelli 8 & 8, DaSilva 6 & 8, KDB 6 & 14 and Moreno 7 & 15

Forwards
Historically I’ve spent the least amount on Forwards so going with Nunez & Jesus is a change for me, Jesus has worked out Nunez not so much.
There is one stand out so far with a 8 & 9 whereas the others have one good and one mediocre week.

Looking at Toney, who could be classified as stand out he is becoming popular.

On the other hand, Nunez is being transferred out at a fast pace, a three game ban will do that.

Conclusion
This is a tough one, I’m losing out to other mini league managers so I want to act, there are a few stand out options so I think I will wait till tomorrow to decide. The initial plan was to WC between GW4 and 5
