No surprises this week for the most popular player to bring in. After a Hattrick and a decent price Nketiah is the No1 choice. Over 230,000 nets transfers in. In fact the top 6 are all under £7 million.

But who have managers been getting rid off?
Players out (Net)
Most of the top 10 players transferred out are flagged. Rashford is still up there, his ownership has plummeted. Interestingly he is second on the list behind Haaland for shots, but that drops when you look at shots on goal. When he gets his accuracy back he must be one to get.

Transfers in details
Lets drill down into the transfers in more details. If we look at forwards, Haaland is still up there on 85%, Watkins has flattened after his big moves last week, Alvarez is steady and Nketiah is rising.

If we look at Defenders we can see Trippier has dipped, Cash has flattened after a big rise, Udogie has dipped and Andersen is rising slightly.

Form Guide
But what about form? Watkins is still No1 buts that’s with the 23 he scored in GW7, Salah is 2nd after a couple of double digit hauls, Douglas Luiz is 4th after three returns and as we have seen previously he’s a popular choice at the moment. Nketiah is quite far down as other than his last return he’s not done too well.

Fixtures
Villa, Brighton, Palace have a decent run of games. Chelsea have a bit of a nightmare. Away to Spurs this game week, should make for a fun game week. So with Liverpool away to Luton and Man City home to Bournemouth who’s the armband on? It has to be the home player.

Weekly Scores
Back to the Armband question, the three most likely high scorers fill the top three points scoring places. Son has had back to back double digit hauls, Salah has had three decent returns including two double digits and Haaland has two returns. But looking at the fixtures I suggest Haaland is the best fit. Unless you want to give it to Mbuemo?
Maddison has been steady with returns but only has one double digit haul. Could that change against Chelsea.

But what about the AI question. I’m asking AI this question each game week to see how it responds.
Question – Best 6 players to pick for GW11 23/24 in FPL
Answer –
Here are some of the best players to transfer in for FPL GW11:
- Julian Alvarez: Manchester City forward who has delivered 9 goals and assists in 10 games. He has played 86 minutes or more in 8 of those games. City are facing Bournemouth at home who have conceded the 3rd most goals (21) in the league, with the 2nd worst xGA (expected goals allowed). Alvarez has returned in 2 of the last 4 GWs and is averaging 5.9 points per match, which ranks 3rd among forwards 1.
- Mohamed Salah: Liverpool forward who has scored 5 goals in the last 3 games and despite being away from home, the Luton fixture is still one of the best available. Salah has only failed to return in one match this season, which was against Spurs, and even that match should have had an assist for him if not for a controversial VAR decision. His xGI per 90 of 1.06 is exceptional, and in the last 3 games, he has been averaging an xGI of 1.22. With Liverpool’s fixture in mind, Diogo Jota could be another asset managers seek. He’s a cheap alternative coming in at £7.7m. As per our points predictor, he is predicted to have the 3rd most points this GW11 (5.3), finishing only behind Haaland and Salah 1.
- Kaoru Mitoma: Brighton midfielder who has blanked for the last 4 GWs, but one thing that’s working out for him is his spot in the starting 11. He seems to be immune to De Zerbi’s rotation. Brighton arguably has the best set of fixtures in the next 3 GWs, facing Everton (a), Sheffield United (H), and Nottingham Forest (a). His price is also affordable, given the fixtures, offering a budget-ish option at this stage 1.
- Konstantinos Tsimikas: Liverpool defender who is a reliable replacement for the injured Robertson. Coming in at just £4.5m, he is a very affordable option playing in a strong defense, offering good clean sheet chances. As per our clean sheet odds, Liverpool have the 2nd best odds (46%) to keep a clean sheet this GW. He has already accumulated 12 points in the last 2 GWs with 2 clean sheets already. Liverpool also has a great set of fixtures until at least GW16, except for the matchup against Man City in GW13 1.
- Andersen: Crystal Palace defender who has been a consistent performer this season. He has already scored 2 goals and has 2 assists to his name. Palace has a decent run of fixtures coming up, with Newcastle, Burnley, and Norwich in the next 3 GWs. He is a great budget option at £4.5m 2.
- Bowen: West Ham midfielder who has been in great form this season. He has already scored 4 goals and has 3 assists to his name. West Ham has a decent run of fixtures coming up, with Wolves, Aston Villa, and Southampton in the next 3 GWs. He is a great budget option at £6.5m 2.
Please note that these are just suggestions and not a guarantee of success. Good luck with your transfers!
Interesting choices this week. I was thinking of getting in Andersen as well.
