Game week 5 came and went. I used my wildcard got 71 points, so I was sort of happy.
Haland scored another hattrick, two in two games now, he is a must have player and that was one of the reasons I used the wildcard. Cancelo got a goal and a clean sheet so scored well, even Firmino scored again. Salah only got two assists. He will score soon. The transfer window bought in Isak at Newcastle and he scored on his debut.
Ownership
Jesus has been out on his own in terms of ownership, but Haland is catching him up. If we look at those two we can see how the transfers have been going. The actual figures are 79.4% v 76.3%. The difference in points 58 to 32 is big and that’s after 5 games.

All Ownership
Jesus and Haland are 1 & 2 which isn’t surprising. Salah in third is slowly gaining points each game week. Even after 5 games trying to gain points on your mini league opponents is getting harder due to the template.

Another one of the ownership battles I’ve been monitoring is TAA v Cancelo, it looks like managers are going for the Man City players, but points wise it’s not a massive difference.

Team Highlight
After a terrible start Man United have back-to-back wins, have they turned that corner. They have three players with over 20 points now, they have also had two clean sheets, mind you they have Arsenal next.

Low ownership on the players could make them an attractive option. There has been a slight upwards trend in ownership.

Thoughts
The next few days will be interesting I can see Haland being the most owned player and Salah finally getting a brace. After 6 games things will settle down more.
